Tanggung Jawab
Assess organizational training and development needs through surveys and interviews.
Design and deliver effective learning programs such as technical training, leadership development, and soft skills training for Blue-Collar teams.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Monitor industry trends and bring innovative learning strategies into the organization.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in L&D, HR, or organizational development.
- Proven experience designing and implementing corporate training programs.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience evaluating learning impact.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience with google workspace such as Gsheet, Gslide, Gdocs, etc.
