Requirements

• -Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from Psychology major.
• -Strong communication and coordination skills.
• -Able to prepare reports and administrative documents accurately.
• -Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• -Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• -Able to work independently and in a team.
• -Willing to work in operational field and handle driver coordination.

Job Description

• -Conduct refresher training for drivers, including SOP, SCW, defensive driving, traffic regulations, and driver induction programs.
• -Develop and update training syllabus and learning materials.
• -Prepare and update driver KPI and performance evaluation reports.
• -Prepare and update driver job descriptions and work scope.
• -Update driver data administration, including BPJS Employment and Health registration/payment.
• -Process driver holiday allowance (THR).
• -Assist drivers in Skill Contest activities.
