Job Description

•  Support in reviewing and analyzing current business process to enhance value through ICT.
•  Support in designing, developing, and managing the learning technology strategy, roadmap, and budget, ensuring
• that it aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
•  Support in conducting Benchmark the similar applications/programs/systems.
•  Support in managing consultative service to improve effectiveness and efficiency process through ICT.
•  Ensure completeness of the overall application development process and its proper documentation.
•  Ensure the collaboration within internal and external parties are well managed and achieve the projects’ goal and
• timeline.
•  Conduct learning and benchmarking on best practice related to learning & development.
•  Support in analyzing and adopting the best method to approach and propose the alignment.
•  Support for Integration & Implementation process.
•  Support in evaluating the Needs assessment results and Proposed Finding.
•  Keep updated of emerging trends and technologies in learning technology and recommend innovative solutions to
• enhance the learning experience.

 Management Support Activities

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time
• concern, effort and cost).
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Kualifikasi

Requirements

•  Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
•  Minimum 2 years working experience
