🏢 We're Hiring: Leasing Marketing Staff (Full Time) - Ascott Menteng & The Stature

Looking for a dynamic Leasing Marketing Staff to join our team in Jakarta! You'll be the front line connecting our apartment units with customers.

What you'll do

• 🔹 Source & convert leads through online, offline, and referral channels
• 🔹 Manage listings across property platforms
• 🔹 Conduct unit showings & tours for prospective tenants
• 🔹 Negotiate rental terms and close deals
• 🔹 Build relationships with external agents & relocation agents
• 🔹 Maintain tenant retention and handle lease admin

What we're looking for

• ✅ Min. Diploma/Bachelor's degree (any major, marketing/hospitality/tourism a plus)
• ✅ 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or real estate
• ✅ Fluent in English, both spoken & written
• ✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills
• ✅ Attractive appearance, well-groomed, and confident meeting clients
• ✅ Target-driven mindset
• ✅ Comfortable with social media & property marketplace platforms
• ✅ Own vehicle + valid driver's license
• ✅ Honest, proactive, detail-oriented
• ✅ Available full time, incl. weekends for unit showings when needed
