We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance professional or experienced Investment Analyst/Banker to lead and manage complex financial strategies, modeling, and institutional relationships. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise from financial institutions and a proven track record in completing M&A activities/deals.

Key Responsibilities

• 🔹 Develop and manage corporate financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting
• 🔹 Build and maintain financial models for business planning, M&A, and investment evaluation
• 🔹 Lead due diligence processes and financial risk assessments
• 🔹 Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial counterparts
• 🔹 Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and reporting standards
• 🔹 Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior management and the board
• 🔹 Provide general Tax & Legal advice

Qualifications

• ✅ Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field from an International/Overseas University
• ✅ Master's degree (MBA) is an advantage
• ✅ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, or similar roles
• ✅ Strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and capital markets
• ✅ Prior experience at a financial institution (foreign bank, investment firm, private equity, ECM/DCM desks) is preferred
• ✅ Professional certification or license from a recognized organization is preferred (e.g., CFA, CFP, FINRA, MAS)
• ✅ Excellent command of financial analysis tools and platforms (Bloomberg, Excel, etc.)
• ✅ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• ✅ Fluency in English (written and spoken)
