- Legal & Complience Staff
- who is available to join immediately and ready to support the school’s legal and compliance needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H. or equivalent)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a legal role (experience in education or foundation-based institutions is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, licensing, and institutional regulations
- Able to draft, review, and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Able to handle legal matters and represent the institution in legal proceedings or litigation when required
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written
- Available to join immediately
Responsibilities
- Handle and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Ensure school compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Support licensing, permits, and legal administration matters
- Coordinate with external legal parties, notaries, and government institutions
- Provide legal support to HR and management when required
- Handle and provide legal representation in legal proceedings or litigation matters when required
- Identify potential legal risks and provide appropriate recommendations to management
