JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree from Law Faculty
- Having at least 1 year of experience in the similar role
- Have a good understanding in business / corporate law in Indonesia
- Have a good understanding on litigation process in Indonesia
- Fluent in English is an advantage
- Having a bar license / PKPA is an advantage
- Has Driving License (A / C)
- Domiciled in Bogor
JOB DESK
- Contractual agreement processing (Contract Drafting, Review, Negotiate and
- Finalization and Administration) including assisting the relevant user during
- negotiating the content of the contract.
- Managing Legal Documentations related to the business of the Company.
- Company permit management (new permit / license application and / or permit /
- license extension).
- Providing Legal Opinion whenever required by the Management.
- Communicating and Coordinating with relevant business stakeholder to ensure the
- smoothness of business operation activities.
- Willing to work under pressure situations in both office and field locations
- High Level of integrity and adaptability
