Position
Legal Specialist

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, MOUs, and internal legal documents/policies.
- Provide legal advice and opinions on corporate, commercial, partnership, and business matters.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including monitoring Indonesian laws, permits, OSS, WLKP, and other statutory reporting requirements.
- Manage intellectual property matters, including trademark registration and coordination with DJKI, as well as liaising with notaries, external counsel, and government authorities.
- Support dispute resolution, legal risk management, SOP development, and internal policy implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with 1–3 years of relevant experience in legal, corporate, or compliance roles; Master’s degree/certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate, contract, labor law, and regulatory compliance, with familiarity with OSS, DJKI, and WLKP.
- Excellent legal drafting and writing skills, including contracts, legal opinions, SOPs, and company policies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with good judgment in identifying and managing legal risks.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
