Tanggung Jawab
Managing and maintaining the Company's legal documents, contracts, licenses, permits, and other legal records in an organized and up-to-date manner.
Maintaining the Legal Document & Contract Database, including recording document details, status, validity period, renewal, and expiry dates.
Conducting proper filing, scanning, indexing, and archiving of legal documents, including ensuring executed agreements are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Monitoring and following up on the status of legal documents and agreements, including drafting, review, approval, signing, and completion.
- Maintaining the contract and legal request tracker and providing regular updates on pending legal matters.
- Assisting in the preparation and compilation of legal documents required for business activities, transactions, and legal due diligence.
- Coordinating with internal teams to collect, complete, and update legal documents and information as required.
- Assisting in reviewing agreements and other legal documents, including NDA, MoU, cooperation agreements, and commercial agreements.
- Conducting basic legal research and providing support in reviewing legal issues and applicable laws and regulations.
- Assisting the Legal team in providing legal input to business teams and supporting ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Ensuring legal documentation is properly maintained and complies with applicable laws, regulations, and the Company's internal policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Legal Staff, Legal Admin, or in a related legal position.
- Experience in E-Commerce, Technology, SaaS, Logistics, or Warehouse Management is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, particularly in document management, filing, database maintenance, and tracking.
- Good understanding and experience in contract drafting and reviewing.
- Good legal research and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple documents and deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and comfortable working with document databases and trackers.
- Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.
