About the role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Executive to join our team at Resinda Group in Karawang, West Java. As a full-time Legal Executive, you will be responsible for providing legal support and advice on a range of property-related matters, ensuring our business operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

• What you'll be doing
• Reviewing and drafting legal contracts, agreements and other documents related to property transactions and developments
• Conducting legal research and providing advice on property law and regulations to relevant business units
• Monitoring changes in property law and regulations, and updating the business on any implications
• Assisting with the preparation and submission of legal documents and filings
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
• Providing support during property-related disputes and litigation processes
• What we're looking for
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a property law or real estate-focused environment
• Strong understanding of property law, regulations and best practices
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills
• Proficient in contract drafting, review and negotiation
• Ability to communicate complex legal matters in a clear and concise manner
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
