LEIC - Logistic Junior Staff

Requirement

• D3 in Logistics, industrial engineering, industry management
• Proficient in English
• Basic understanding of import-export processes and custms clearance (PIB)
• Familiar with import documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/AWB, COO)
• Understanding of HS Code classification and import regulations is a plus
• Familiar with customs systems (CEISA) adn ERP systems (BaaN/SAP) is prefered
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, basic analysis)
• Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (supplier, forwader, internal teams)
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines
• Understand supply chain, Production planning and inventory control (PPIC).
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
