- Monitor streaming quality to ensure a seamless viewer experience.
- Manage and distribute sales benefit assets/materials during live sports events.
- Manage and record live event source feeds for archive and post-production.
- Assist in setting up and configuring schedules for upcoming programs.
- Collaborate closely with the team during pre-stream, live broadcast, and post-stream operations.
Kualifikasi
- Basic knowledge of livestreaming software (VMIX dan OBS)
- High attention to detail, specifically during live stream monitoring operations.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability throughout work shifts.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Prior experience working in a TV Master Control Room (MCR).
- Proficiency in encoding and streaming software (e.g., OBS Studio, vMix, or similar platforms).
- Solid understanding of technical streaming setups and live stream management workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical streaming issues quickly under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and strong team coordination capabilities.
