LMS Support Staff

• Main responsibility
• Read participants’ uploaded discussions and reflections on modules in the LMS thoroughly according to assignments.
• Provide empathetic written feedback, reflective, relevant, and non-judgmental according to mentoring guidelines.
• Ensure that every participant who uploads a reflection gets a response that is meaningful and not generic.
• Conduct basic monitoring of participant participation and progress in the LMS.
• Identify and report patterns of learning obstacles or common participant issues to the program PIC.
• Follow technical directions, work schedule, and a short briefing set by the program PIC.

Qualification

• Have empathy and sensitivity towards the adult learning process
• Able to carry out clear and supportive written communication
• Have consistency and responsibility
• Time management skills (especially feedback deadlines)
• Have a basic understanding of teacher learning reflection
• Ability to write reflective and meaningful feedback
• Familiar in using LMS and digital learning platforms
• Willing to follow Teacher Learning Program guidelines and feedback standards
• Preferred: Teacher Learning Program alumni or teacher training facilitators
