Partnership Officer

• Main responsibility
• Map relevant stakeholders to identify potential roles and collaboration opportunities.
• Identify partnership opportunities that align with the vision, mission, and the Teacher Learning Foundation program.
• Prepare program proposals and partnership materials that suit partner needs.
• Presenting programs and collaboration opportunities to potential partners effectively.
• Initiate and manage collaboration with stakeholders according to mutual agreement.
• Build and maintain long-term working relationships with strategic partners.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure that the implementation of cooperation runs in line with the program.
• Document and report partnership developments as material for organizational evaluation and learning.

Qualification

• Minimum S1 graduate from various scientific fields
• Have experience in building minimal collaboration 2 year
• Has an interest in social and educational issues
• Have the ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Have good communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Have the ability to work together in a team and be oriented towards organizational goals.
• Have the ability to build and collaborate with various parties from various backgrounds.
