Deskripsi pekerjaan Logistic & Export Import Staff EPL GROUP
Job Description
- Integrate and manage trucking, transportation and port logistics resources across all Indonesia ports, optimize logistics cost and delivery efficiency.
- Handle shipping booking, vessel schedule arrangement, cut-off document arrangement and follow up all shipping procedures.
- Prepare, check and submit export customs documents, monitor customs clearance, solve inspection and customs abnormal issues.
- Communicate and coordinate with shipping lines, customs, port authorities and local vendors to ensure smooth export operation.
- Optimize logistics & customs process, maintain daily working records and improve overall operational stability.
- Handle all documents for export / import process
- Making PEB/PIB and documents related to export-import
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) for daily business communication,Mandarin preferrable.
- Experienced in export logistics, shipping booking and customs clearance in Indonesia.
- Customs Declaration Certificate holder is highly preferred.
- Strong resource integration ability, Having Negotiation Skill and problem-solving capability.
- Responsible, able to work under pressure and support cross-region port business.
- Preferably have PPJK certificate
