- Roles and Responsibilities – Logistics Supervisor
- Conduct stock opname process according to schedule to ensure conformity of physical stock with the system.
- Supervise the process of receiving (inbound) to issuing (outbound) goods according to applicable procedures/SOPs.
Lead/supervise all warehouse staff to orderly procedures & administration of all goods movements in the warehouse, so that stock accuracy is always well maintained.
Make reports regarding stock administration, warehouse problems & stock control evaluations, to be used as routine briefing materials to related work divisions.
- Evaluate the neatness of physical stock of goods, warehouse cleanliness, administrative files & all warehouse report data.
- Supervise and coordinate order fulfillment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in order fulfillment.
Ensure accuracy of inventory management and warehouse processes includes maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing of incoming and outgoing goods, including quality and quantity checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer concerns.
Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including productivity, inventory levels, and shipping/receiving accuracy, providing recommendations for improvement.
Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.
Qualification
- Female candidates only.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in any major.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within warehousing, logistics, stock management, or inventory control.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations, including relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing and monitoring multiple processes.
- Highly adaptable and able to respond effectively to changes in a fast-paced work environment.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, as well as Outlook and database systems.
- Willing to travel when required.
- Previous experience in warehouse administration and shipping/expedition is highly preferred.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
