About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced
- Logistic / Supply Chain Staff
to oversee domestic transportation and distribution operations across the group. The role will manage daily logistics activities, transporters, deliveries, branch distribution, intercompany movements, and logistics costs.
- Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee daily transportation and delivery activities.
- Manage trucking companies, transporters, drivers, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate import cargo pickup and movements between ports, terminals, factories, warehouses, customers, and branches.
- Manage customer, branch, and intercompany deliveries.
- Monitor deliveries and resolve delays, breakdowns, discrepancies, and other operational issues.
- Review transportation rates, invoices, and logistics costs.
- Supervise and support Logistics Staff.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and reporting in
- Lark Base
- Develop and improve logistics processes, SOPs, and cost-efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum
- 1 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
- Strong experience in domestic trucking and distribution.
- Experience managing transporters and coordinating multiple deliveries.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, distribution, or industrial logistics is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel; experience with
- Lark Base or ERP systems
- is an advantage.
- Hands-on, organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
