Price & Cost Negotiation: Compare quotations, negotiate bulk discounts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Receiving & Quality Control: Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and warehouse teams to inspect delivered goods for right quantity, freshness, and quality.

Inventory & Stock Coordination: Monitor stock consumption trends, track deliveries, and prevent shortages or over-ordering.

Administration & Finance: Reconcile invoices, delivery notes, and purchase records, then coordinate with the finance department for timely vendor payments.
