LUXURY SALES & DEVELOPMENT MANAGAER

About the role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Luxury Sales & Development Manager to join PT Bellevue Pacific Group in Badung, Bali. This is a contract position that offers an exciting opportunity to drive business development and luxury sales initiatives in one of Indonesia's most dynamic and prestigious markets. As Luxury Sales & Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating high-value client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the luxury segment. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy and requires a strategic thinker with exceptional sales acumen and a deep understanding of the luxury market.

• Key responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury market segment in Bali and surrounding regions
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders in the luxury sector
• Create compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to luxury clientele requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of premium services and products
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies
• Negotiate and close high-value contracts and agreements
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions and luxury brand showcases
• Foster partnerships with complementary luxury brands and service providers
• What we're looking for

Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury sales, business development or comparable roles within the hospitality, real estate, or premium services sector

• Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals and exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with high-net-worth individuals
• Strong understanding of the luxury market dynamics and consumer behaviour in Asia Pacific regions
• Strategic thinking capability with the ability to identify and capitalise on emerging business opportunities
• Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
• Proficiency in English; additional Indonesian language skills are highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• Experience in the Bali market or Southeast Asian luxury sector is advantageous
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
