- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or engineering team lead role within a
- dairy or liquid food production plant
- Strong technical expertise in machine maintenance, preventive/predictive programs, spare part management, and team leadership.
- Deep maintenance background and hands-on experience with
- Tetra Pak technology (particularly A3 Speed lines)
- , Distribution Equipment (DE), and dairy processing machinery are strongly preferred.
Lead and manage the maintenance team (technicians) to ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and minimal breakdown time across Processing, Filling, and DE areas.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and Autonomous Maintenance tasks.
- Lead rapid breakdown response and complex troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and automation issues on production lines.
- Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for major equipment failures and implement corrective/preventive action plans.
Enforce strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygienic maintenance standards, and workplace safety protocols during engineering activities.
