Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on technical experience in
- dairy production
- Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills, understanding of CIP protocols, and basic automation knowledge.
- Direct experience in operating, maintaining, or troubleshooting
- Tetra Pak filling machines (especially A3 Speed)
- and Distribution Equipment (DE) is highly preferred.
- Operate and monitor machinery across dairy processing, Distribution Equipment (DE), and Filling lines.
- Perform equipment setup, routine maintenance, and basic technical troubleshooting to maintain smooth shift production.
- Execute Clean-in-Place (CIP) and sterilization procedures in compliance with strict hygienic and food safety standards.
- Monitor production parameters to ensure optimal line efficiency, minimal packaging waste, and zero quality defects.
- Support preventive maintenance tasks and promptly report complex mechanical or electrical faults.
