Job Description

• Develop and create fashion designs for men’s collections based on brand identity, target market, and current fashion trends.
• Conduct research on fashion trends, colors, fabrics, silhouettes, and competitors to develop relevant design concepts.
• Create mood boards, design concepts, sketches, and technical details for new collections.
• Select and develop fabrics, colors, trims, and other design elements suitable for the collection.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Merchandising, Production, and related teams throughout the product development process.
• Prepare and revise designs based on fitting results, product samples, and feedback.
• Monitor sample development and ensure the final product aligns with the approved design.
• Ensure designs are commercially relevant, visually appealing, and aligned with brand positioning.
• Maintain design documentation, references, and collection archives.
• Perform other design-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Fashion Design, Fashion, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in menswear/fashion retail.
• Strong understanding of men’s fashion, silhouettes, fabrics, colors, and garment construction.
• Proficient in fashion design and illustration tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar.
• Able to create fashion sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings.
• Strong fashion sense with good awareness of current trends and market preferences.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate concepts into commercially viable designs.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work with deadlines and manage multiple designs/projects.
• Portfolio is required.
