Management Trainee Program. Participants will actively engage in daily operations across various departments, gaining experience in strategic planning, team collaboration, and leadership development. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, supporting project implementation, and presenting actionable insights. The position involves working closely with mentors to build skills and develop expertise in business management while contributing to the company’s growth initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab

• Participate in a series of MT activities and meet the requirements needed at each stage
• Work on and complete every task that has been assigned
• Study and understand in detail the work processes of the company’s core business
• Be ready to be placed in various functions or departments within a company
• Provide input or project ideas and implement them
• Take part in planning, implementation, and evaluation for company strategies
• Actively participate in training and workshops that are organized

Kualifikasi

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, conduct market research, and interpret trends
• Basic understanding of business strategy, project management, and decision-making processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
• Willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage
