Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a structured management training programme designed to accelerate your professional growth
- Learn and gain practical understanding of business operations and financial markets
- Assist management in developing and implementing business strategies
- Coordinate and support team activities and day-to-day operations
- Develop essential leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Take on increasing responsibilities as you progress through the programme
- Work towards future supervisory and management positions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3), with a Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn
- Motivated, responsible and target-oriented
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work well in a team
- Previous experience in sales, marketing or the financial industry is an advantage, but not essential
