Manager, IBC Operations

We are seeking IBC Operation Manager to ensure the operational excellence of In-Building Coverage (IBC) infrastructure. This role oversees maintenance operations, service performance, vendor management, operational compliance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure service quality, SLA achievement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee preventive, corrective, and walk test maintenance activities for IBC/DAS sites to ensure optimal network performance and service availability.

Monitor Trouble Tickets (TT), manage escalations, and drive timely issue resolution in accordance with SLA commitments.

Review and approve maintenance documentation, BoQs, ATP, BAUK/BAPB, BAST, and vendor billing documents to ensure operational and administrative compliance.

Manage reconciliation processes for operator/tenant Trouble Tickets, vendor penalties, and service performance to support accurate billing and financial settlement.

Coordinate ATP, site handover, and final acceptance processes, ensuring punch list completion and readiness for commercial operation.

Monitor vendor performance through KPIs, maintenance quality, SLA achievement, and operational compliance while ensuring timely payment submissions.

Ensure accurate site registration, maintenance scheduling, reporting, and documentation within the ISAAC maintenance management system.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, field teams, vendors, and customers to resolve operational issues and support billing, collection, and service delivery activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least
• 7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
• , including
• 3 years of hands-on experience in IBC/DAS operations

Strong experience managing Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), Walk Test activities, Trouble Ticket (TT) management, and vendor performance.

Solid technical knowledge of RF DAS troubleshooting (e.g., VSWR, RTWP, low coverage), DAS passive components, schematic diagrams, floor plans, and the fundamentals of DAS, CME, Fiber Optic, and mobile technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, Active DAS, and basic 5G).

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
