Role Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Manager based in Bali to lead our logistics operations from our factory. You will manage international shipments, domestic distribution, and overall supply chain efficiency, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage export/import shipments to Finland, USA, and within Indonesia.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian, EU, and US customs regulations.
- Plan, forecast, and optimize logistics operations.
- Coordinate between production, warehouse, and sales teams.
- Manage freight forwarders, multimodal transport, and costs.
- Track KPIs and provide reports to management.
Requirements
- 5+ years in logistics/supply chain, with 2–3 years in international logistics.
- Experience managing freight forwarders and multimodal transport.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and customs processes.
- Excellent English communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP, WMS, TMS, and Excel/BI tools.
- Must be based in Bali
