We are looking for the Operations Manager who can drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, lead teams, and ensure high-quality service standards across our business operations.

The Operations Manager – Tour & Travel is responsible for planning, managing, coordinating, and supervising all tour and travel operational activities to ensure smooth business operations, excellent customer experience, operational efficiency, and healthy profitability. The position will lead the operational team, manage vendors and business partners, ensure service standards are consistently maintained, and continuously improve the company's tour and travel operations.

• Candidates with the following qualifications will be highly preferred:
• Experience in inbound tourism, particularly in Bali.
• Strong network with hotels, transportation providers, tour guides, restaurants, attractions, and travel partners.
• Experience handling FIT, GIT, corporate groups, MICE, and international tourists.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Experience handling Chinese-speaking tourists or the China market.
• Strong knowledge of tour costing, pricing, and profitability.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of revenue generation and business profitability.
• Experience developing new tour packages and travel products.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and business partners.
