- Public Relations, Marketing Communication, Brand Communication, Digital Marketing, Media Relations, and Event Management
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with media, creative agencies, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PR & Marketing Communication strategies
- Manage media relations and public communications
- Handle public complaints and crisis communication
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional materials
- Monitor media and campaign effectiveness
- Ensure brand communication aligns with brand guidelines
- Lead and develop the Marketing Communication & PR team
- Support the achievement of property sales targets
