- Key Qualifications
- Native Mandarin speaker with strong proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin.
- Native of China / Chinese educational background.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Education, Early Childhood Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mandarin Teacher (Lǎoshī/老师), preferably teaching children.
- Experience in developing, designing, or adapting Mandarin curriculum and learning materials.
- Strong understanding of Mandarin language acquisition, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing development.
- Familiar with designing age-appropriate and engaging learning activities.
- Able to align curriculum with learning objectives and student developmental stages.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to communicate in English; Indonesian is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite in Indonesia / able to relocate if required.
- Experience developing Mandarin curriculum for early childhood learners (e.g., Preschool/Kindergarten) is highly preferred.
