• What You’ll Do
• AI Data Report and Analysis,

create and analyze Sales Data Report from AI and CRM, track conversion rates and monthly sales performance and propose actionable improvements.

Program Management,

design and manage a motivational program, including monthly additional incentive schemes (outside primary incentive), additional reward mechanisms (your creativity), and motivational engagement materials (chatGPT poster, sales quote) to drive team sales performance

• Mandarin Communication,
• with the headquarters’ operations team and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth local sales operations

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Mandarin Speaker
• (Min. HSK 5)
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
• Proactive & Ownership, Strong Communication & Collaboration, Energetic & Growth-Oriented
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree Business, Marketing, Data Analysis, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or any data related degree is preferred
• 2-5 years
• of relevant experience in operations, marketing operations, or user growth.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel / CRM / BI tools.
