About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Maritime Data Quality specialist to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the data used in our products.

In this role, you will map, validate and review maritime data generated. You will help improve the accuracy of vessel, port, and maritime activity information by identifying mistakes, correcting data, and maintaining maritime datasets.

No maritime experience is required. We will teach you everything you need to know about ports, vessels, and our systems. What matters most is your attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work accurately.

• What You’ll Be Doing
• Review and validate maritime data according to defined quality standards.
• Draw, update, and maintain port boundaries and operational areas on digital maps.
• Check AI-generated results and correct inaccuracies when needed.
• Create, edit, and maintain maritime datasets using internal tools.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and make corrections.
• Verify data quality within our applications and report issues when found.
• Work closely with product and operations teams to improve data quality.
• Help identify recurring data issues and suggest improvements to our processes.
• Assist in testing new features and validating data improvements before release.

• Experience with data entry, quality assurance, or administrative work.
• Experience working with maps, GIS tools, or satellite imagery.
• Familiarity with maritime, logistics, or transportation industries.
• Experience using spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets.
