• to join PT. LGMG MACHINERY INDONESIA in West Jakarta. This is a

that plays a crucial role in shaping our brand presence and driving engagement with our target audience. As a Marketing Communication specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance our market position in the machinery industry.

• What you'll be doing
• Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies across multiple channels to promote company products and services
• Create compelling content including press releases, marketing collateral, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Manage and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication platforms and touchpoints
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to plan and execute marketing campaigns and events
• Monitor and analyse marketing communication performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key business partners to enhance brand visibility
• Support product launches and promotional activities by developing targeted communication plans
• Maintain and update company website and social media channels with relevant and engaging content
• Conduct market research to identify communication trends, competitive landscape, and audience preferences
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure messaging alignment and campaign effectiveness
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience in marketing communications, brand management, or related field within the industrial or machinery sector
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in content creation and copywriting for various media formats
• Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools
• Knowledge of marketing communication principles, strategies, and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative and data-driven marketing campaigns
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with design software or content management systems
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and communication metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
• Experience with event planning and execution is preferred
• Familiarity with PR and media relations is an advantage
