Marketing Manager

• 🚨 WE’RE HIRING: MARKETING LEAD / CREATIVE MARKETING MANAGER – SURABAYA
• Lead a growing in-house content and marketing team across multiple brands in Singapore, Indonesia, and China.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in digital marketing and content strategy who enjoys building systems, leading creative people, and helping brands grow.

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Lead to oversee our in-house creative team and drive our digital marketing efforts.

You won’t be working alone, you’ll be leading a team of content creators, coordinating campaigns, improving content quality, and helping shape the marketing direction of multiple brands. Experience with Meta Ads is a strong advantage, but we’re happy to provide additional training for the right candidate.

• What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage a team of content creators and editors
• Plan and oversee content calendars across multiple brands
• Develop creative concepts and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate filming schedules, shoots, and project execution
• Work directly with the founder to execute growth strategies
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements
• Assist with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns and reporting
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and overseas teams
• What We’re Looking For
• ✅ 2-5+ years of experience in marketing, content, or social media management
• ✅ Experience managing or coordinating a creative team is preferred
• ✅ Familiar with social media platforms, content trends, and digital branding
• ✅ Bonus if you have experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or performance marketing
• ✅ Strong communication and project management skills
• ✅ Self-motivated, organized, and able to take ownership
