About the Role

We are building a consumer brand that cares deeply about product, design and the way people experience them.

We want our social presence to feel as thoughtful and distinctive as our products: interesting enough to follow, stylish enough to remember and human enough to build real affection.

Instagram will be your lead platform, but this role goes beyond managing an account. You will help create a recognizable brand world online and bring it into real life through content, creator collaborations, launches, community moments and selected offline activations.

This is a hands-on creative role. You will move naturally between ideas and execution—developing concepts, producing content, working with creators and partners, coordinating activities, engaging with the audience and learning from the results.

What You Will Own

Shape and manage our Instagram-led social presence, including its content direction, visual language, editorial rhythm and community interaction.

• Create original concepts and platform-native content that make the brand feel modern, playful, stylish and relevant.
• Build relationships with creators, customers and communities, turning genuine participation and stories into meaningful brand content.
• Plan and execute online and offline brand activations, such as collaborations, launches, pop-ups and community events.
• Study audience response and cultural trends, then turn what you learn into stronger content formats, campaigns and brand experiences.
• What We Are Looking For
• Strong visual taste, cultural awareness and a clear point of view on what makes a consumer brand interesting.
• A good understanding of Instagram, especially Reels, Stories, Carousels, creator content and community behaviour.
• The ability to turn an idea into finished work—not only write briefs or make presentation decks.
• Comfortable coordinating shoots, creators, partners, vendors and event details when needed.
• Curious, resourceful and highly responsible, with the discipline to keep improving the work after launch.

Relevant experience in social media, brand content, creative campaigns or brand activations. A strong portfolio matters more to us than a particular degree or job title.

This is not a posting-only or administrative social media role. It is also not a strategy-only position. You should enjoy both developing ideas and doing the detailed work required to bring them to life.

What Success Looks Like

Our Instagram evolves from a product noticeboard into a recognizable and engaging expression of the brand. We develop original content formats, stronger audience relationships and a growing network of creators and community partners.

Online and offline activities should not become isolated events. Each one should create lasting value through content, conversation, community and learning.
