As a Marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that increase patient awareness, build brand loyalty, and support the hospital's growth objectives. • What you'll be doing
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, facilities, and medical programmes to target audiences

Create and manage content across multiple channels including digital platforms, social media, print materials, and traditional media to enhance brand visibility

Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, understand patient needs, and monitor competitive positioning within the healthcare sector

Collaborate with internal departments including medical staff, administration, and patient services to gather information and align marketing initiatives with organisational goals

Manage relationships with media outlets, advertising agencies, and external partners to maximise marketing reach and effectiveness

Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics to optimise results and return on investment

Contribute to the development of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, videos, and website content that accurately represent the hospital's services

• Participate in community outreach programmes and health awareness initiatives to strengthen the hospital's presence and reputation
• Support public relations efforts and manage crisis communication as required
• What we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical services sector

Strong understanding of healthcare marketing principles, patient communication, and regulatory requirements within the Indonesian healthcare industry

• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and marketing analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative marketing strategies and execute campaigns from concept to completion
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with design software or content management systems is advantageous
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and build effective relationships with stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Knowledge of Indonesian culture, local market dynamics, and healthcare service preferences is highly valued
