. This is a pivotal role within our organisation, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our hospital's operational excellence and strategic objectives. As a Human Resources professional, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing our workforce, ensuring compliance with labour regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent in the healthcare sector. This position reports to senior management and plays a crucial role in shaping the employee experience across all departments within the hospital.

• What you'll be doing
• Recruiting, screening, interviewing and onboarding qualified healthcare and administrative staff to meet hospital staffing requirements
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and guidelines aligned with Indonesian labour law and hospital standards
• Managing employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters and performance management processes
• Administering payroll, benefits, leave entitlements and employment contracts in compliance with local regulations
• Conducting training needs assessments and facilitating professional development and competency programmes for staff
• Maintaining comprehensive personnel records and HR documentation whilst ensuring data confidentiality and security
• Supporting the implementation of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across the hospital
• Collaborating with department managers to address workforce planning, succession planning and organisational development needs
• Managing employee communications and engagement activities that promote a positive workplace culture
• Ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, regulations and hospital policies
• What we're looking for
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional HR experience, ideally within a healthcare, hospital or similar healthcare-related setting
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour law and employment regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations and performance management
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in HR management systems and MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with working proficiency in English highly desirable
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity when handling sensitive employee information
• A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels across the organisation
• Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to supporting both employees and management in achieving organisational goals
