Job Description
- Support the daily sales and customer-service operations of the company
- Responding to incoming customer enquiries through email, WhatsApp, website contact forms, and other communication channels
Understand each customer’s requirements, recommend suitable products or services, prepare quotations, follow up on outstanding enquiries, and assist in converting leads into confirmed orders
Maintaining customer records, updating sales information, coordinating with the operations team, and assisting with basic promotional activities
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, inside sales, or account coordination
- Strong written English, as the role primarily involves replying to customer enquiries and preparing professional email responses
Able to communicate clearly and confidently with Singapore-based corporate customers, event companies, hotels, schools, restaurants, and other business clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM or customer-management system
- Able to prepare quotations, follow up on leads, maintain customer records, and coordinate order requirements accurately
- Strong attention to detail, particularly for event dates, delivery timings, quantities, prices, customer requirements, and payment terms
- Responsive, organised, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Sales-oriented personality with the confidence to follow up actively and convert enquiries into confirmed orders
- Experience in food distribution, events, catering, hospitality, or business-to-business sales would be advantageous
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media content, Canva, or email marketing would be an added advantage
- Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, suitable home-working environment, and mobile phone
