• Key Responsibilities
• Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling the company's products to prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and quality assurance across retail and warehouse operations.
• Represent and uphold the company's brand image through professional customer interactions and effective product promotion.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Participate in company training programs, meetings, and promotional activities to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales performance.

Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales performance and market feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of
• 3 years of experience
• in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Highly disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta or Surabaya.
