About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Staff member to join our team at our South Jakarta office on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote Brand in Chinese Food offerings to a diverse audience. As Marketing Staff, you will be instrumental in building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting the growth of PT KULINER HALAL INDONESIA across multiple marketing channels. This position offers the chance to work within a collaborative marketing team and contribute directly to the company's strategic marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

Develop, create and manage marketing content for various platforms including social media, email campaigns, website and promotional materials

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations and management to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
• Research market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to inform marketing strategy and identify new opportunities
• Manage social media accounts, including posting, community engagement and customer service responses
• Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials, including graphics, videos and written content
• Assist in organising events, exhibitions and sponsorships that promote brand awareness and customer relationships
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, budgets and campaign results
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience needs
• What we're looking for
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing, marketing communications or a similar role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media platforms, email marketing and content management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging marketing content and campaign ideas
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, including graphic design programmes and social media management platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and measure campaign performance
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of halal food industry standards and cultural sensitivity is advantageous
