Key Qualifications

Fresh Graduates from relevant majors are welcome to apply. Graduates/Students from BINUS, Prasetiya Mulya, UBM, and other universities are welcome to apply.
- Preferably residing in Alam Sutera or surrounding areas (Tangerang / Tangerang Selatan)
- Good looking, confident, highly communicative, and strong screen presence in front of the camera
- Proficient in social media trends, basic editing software/tools (CapCut, Canva, AI tools, etc.), and
- laptop/computer operation (including Microsoft Excel and basic administrative tools)
- Strong event coordination, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
- Proactive, quick learner, and highly attentive to detail (QC).
Key Responsibilities (Jobdesk)
Face of the Brand / On-Camera Talent & Content Creation
Act as the primary host/presenter in front of the camera for short-form video content on Instagram, Telegram, WA Channel (@movinite.official), and other platforms.
Prepare content scripts/copywriting, basic shoot props, and video covers.
Content Strategy, Planning & QC
- Conduct trend research, observe content ideas, and manage daily content schedules/decks.
- Create detailed content briefs for internal/external creative teams and serve as a liaison between video and design divisions.
- Perform strict Quality Control (QC) and product knowledge checks on visual assets, captions, and videos before publishing.
Social Media Operations & Management
- Manage routine content distribution, scheduling, and posting across Instagram, Telegram, and WA Channels.
- Monitor audience engagement (likes, views, comments) and keep the Google Drive asset repository updated.
- Execute requests and directives from Management/CEO across related divisions.
Event Coordination (Online & Offline)
Online
Coordinate event schedules/design briefs, conduct QC for event posters/captions, handle social media distribution, and send reminders to participants.
Offline
Conduct vendor research (venue, sound, decor), coordinate with speakers/participants, prepare event props, set up rundowns, serve as on-site PIC, and handle media documentation & post-event evaluations.
Program & Campaign Support
Weight Loss Challenge (WLC)
Verify participant data (QC), contact members for revisions/clarifications, update registration forms, coordinate prize fulfillment with Operations, and post testimonials.
