- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in water treatment, utilities, or industrial maintenance
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance (ISO, HACCP, etc.
- Experience handling equipment maintenance (pump, piping, welding, utilities)
- Good knowledge of fabrication & modification processes
