- Responsible to indentify business requirements.
- Create detailed planning for digital product project.
- Provide solutions that expedite project delivery.
- Being part of business analysts team that expected to provide support and share knowledge.
- Giving recommendation for improvements and solutions of product optimization.
- Having project management skills, which is responsible for the entire project for the success of system development.
- Communicate and build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop a project plan.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a business analyst in software/product development projects
- Experienced and konowlegde on financial banking or financial industry
- Experienced financial project, EDC Project or similar project
- Good technical understanding of Business Analysis frameworks, value cycles, business processes, business requirements and UAT methodologies.
- Strong concepts related to Project and Program Management.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills including applying a digital understanding to the work
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to integrate well into a team and build effective relationships
