Middle Product Analyst

• Collect, process, analyze, and validate data to support business and operational requirements.
• Perform data cleansing, data reconciliation, and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reporting templates, dashboards, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel features, including Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, and Power Query, to analyze and manage large datasets.
• Analyze data trends, identify issues, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of data analysis and reporting.
• Support the monitoring and evaluation of operational performance related to Merchant Acquiring, EDC, and QRIS business processes.
• Document analysis results and ensure data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with business requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university (preferably a state university/PTN) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Minimum 3 years of working experience as a business analyst in software/product analyst, especially in the banking industry (e-channel/wholesale banking)

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, and Power Query (VBA is a plus).
• Strong understanding of data analysis, data cleansing, and data reconciliation.
• Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of Merchant Acquiring, EDC, and QRIS business processes will be an advantage.
