Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or other quantitative-related disciplines.
Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, operations analytics, or a related field, with demonstrated experience leading projects or mentoring/coaching team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
Proven experience developing dashboards, performance reports, KPI frameworks, and data-driven business reviews.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Experience leading or coordinating a small team is preferred; formal supervisory experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for advanced data analysis and reporting. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio) is a plus.
Own the performance analytics strategy for the assigned business pillar (e.g., Hub, Warehouse, or Qualitative Research), delivering actionable insights that improve partner performance and support business objectives.
Lead the development and continuous enhancement of dashboards, reports, and performance measurement frameworks to provide data visibility, monitor key success metrics, and enable data-driven decision making.
Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), evaluate initiative effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Performance & Analytics Associates by providing guidance on analytics, project execution, stakeholder management, and professional development.
Review analytical outputs and performance reports to ensure data accuracy, quality, and business relevance while maintaining high reporting standards.
Present business insights, performance trends, and strategic recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders through regular business reviews and management presentations.
Partner with Product, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to lead strategic and ad hoc projects, translating business challenges into analytical solutions with measurable impact.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify potential risks and improvement opportunities, and drive follow-up actions to enhance partner performance, operational efficiency, and overall partner experience.
