Uraian Tugas
- Review and verify client financial documents, including payslips, bank statements, tax documents, and identification records.
- Input and maintain accurate client information within CRM and mortgage broker systems.
- Assist in monitoring mortgage applications from submission through approval and settlement.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents and application requirements.
- Coordinate with lenders, banks, settlement agents, and internal stakeholders throughout the application process.
- Track application progress and ensure timely updates are communicated to relevant parties.
- Identify missing information or document discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain organized documentation and accurate file management.
- Prepare professional emails and communicate effectively with Australian clients and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure a smooth mortgage processing workflow.
- Syarat & Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in Mortgage Processing, Loan Processing, Credit Administration, Banking Operations, Financial Services, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review financial documents accurately.
- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Confident communicating with international clients and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Able to work during Australian business hours.
- Willing to learn mortgage processing and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, mortgage platforms, or document management systems is an advantage but not required.
