MT CHANNEL INVENTORY OPTIMIZATION OFFICER

Technical Skills

Inventory Management

Strong knowledge of Safety Stock, Reorder Point (ROP), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Service Level, Weeks of Stock (WOS), Lead Time Optimization, and Stock-Out Analysis.

Data Processing & Analysis

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and forecasting models.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.

Modern Trade (MT) Data Integration

Ability to process and analyze retail Point of Sale (POS), Sell-in/Sell-out, and inventory data from Modern Trade partner portals.

Inventory Performance Reporting

Ability to prepare and present weekly/monthly reports covering Days of Inventory (DOI), Out-of-Stock (OOS) Rate, Service Level, and Slow-Moving/Dead Stock.
