- Ensure inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels across all supply chain points (DC, Depo, and PS).
Conduct periodic reviews and ensure all fulfillment-related indicators and master data are consistently updated in the fulfillment system (SLIM4 & BY).
Ensure and monitor SKU availability for POM & NPL products is maintained at the right location, time, and quantity to support distribution and sales activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of product transition from old SKUs to new SKUs.
- Collaborate with IVO, Demand, Supply, and Logistics teams to improve and achieve customer service level targets.
