About the role

Acquire new clients and build the institutional/corporate & relatail client base for Mutual Fund business. Proactively seek opportunities to expand the retail & Institutional client base and increase assets under management (AUM). Build a High Net Worth individual portfolio and generate revenue from both transactional fees and management fees. Identify the investment products that match with the needs and objectives of potential customers.

• Key responsibilities
• Acquire new clients and build the institutional/corporate & retail client base for Mutual Fund business
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand the retail client base and increase assets under management (AUM)
• Achieve a sales target requirement
• Building a High Net Worth individual portfolio and generating revenue from both transactional fees and management fees.
• Identify the investment products that match with the needs and objectives of potential customers.
• Achieve the KPI of RM on a monthly basis.
• About you

Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional sales or client development for financial products; Experiences in Capital Market, Asset Management, Banking company.

• Extensive institutional client resources, high-net-worth individual client connections, and external partnership resources;
• Bachelor's degree or higher, fluent in English;
• Preferred: Experience in HNWI, institutional sales at a Selling Agent Mutual Fund (APERD), Investment Manager Company,
• WMI, WPPE or WAPERD certification.

Strong communication, coordination, learning, and stress management skills, with the ability to align internal resources to achieve project goals.
