New Product Development Asst. Manager

What you do

Manage end-to-end new product development activities, including research, packaging design development, production readiness, product improvement and launch execution.

• Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities that support product innovation and business growth.
• Develop and monitor project timelines with cross-functional teams and external to ensure successful project delivery.

Identify project risks and drive resolution plans to ensure projects are completed on time, within specifications, and aligned with business objectives.

Ensure all development activities comply with company standards, management systems, and applicable regulations.

We are looking for you who

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage industries, including at least 2 years in a Coordinator or Assistant Manager role within New Product Development or related functions.

• Proven experience in new product development, product launch execution, packaging development, and cross-functional project management.
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer insights, competitor analysis, and product innovation processes.
