Requirements
- Minimum SMA/SMK, Diploma, or equivalent, preferably in Audio Engineering, Multimedia, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Sound Engineer, Audio Technician, Lighting Technician, or in a similar role.
- Good understanding of audio and lighting systems and basic troubleshooting.
- Willing to work on-site, weekends, evenings, and public holidays based on event schedules.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in live events, concerts, festivals, or outdoor events is a plus.

Job Description
- Set up, operate, and maintain sound and lighting equipment for events and daily activities.
- Manage audio equipment including mixer, microphone, speakers, amplifiers, and wireless systems.
- Set up and operate lighting systems, including DMX and lighting controllers.
- Conduct sound checks, lighting tests, and troubleshoot technical issues during events.
- Coordinate with the Event, Production, and Technical teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Perform routine equipment checks and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safely operated.
